This quote has always resonated with me as it demonstrates is that healthy relationships require nurturing, care and maintenance and that most of us are not experts on this and need a bit of help


As a counsellor and educator with 10 years experience, I’m passionate about working with individuals, couples and groups to equip them to lead a more purposeful life through working on healthy family dynamics, effective and resilient relationships and individual empowerment  

My work in couples and relationship counselling is based on Dr. Susan Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and I am Level 3 therapist in Gottman’s method

As part of my ongoing growth and commitment to provide excellent services to my clients I frequently attend professional development in topics relevant to my work such as trauma, mindfulness, sexuality, working with LGBTQI clients, neurobiology amongst others
